The recipient of the volunteering activity approaches the processing of personal data exclusively in a lawful manner, professionally and sensitively. In order to protect the personal data of the volunteer, the recipient of the volunteering activity has taken appropriate security measures in accordance with Art. 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The volunteer provides personal data necessary for the performance of the subject of this contract, specifically for the registration, management and supervision of volunteering activities, which he will perform under this contract.
The volunteer provides the following personal data: name, surname, gender, address of permanent residence, correspondence address, date of birth, nationality, identity card or passport number, telephone contact, e-mail, status, highest level of education, area of work or study , language knowledge and their level, type of driving license, level of computer knowledge, level of ability to control computer software, photography, volunteer position, personality traits and experience, profile on social networks, information about food allergy or other health condition.
The recipient of the volunteer activity processes the personal data of the volunteer in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The volunteer's personal data will be stored until 31 December 2022. Automatic decision-making, including profiling, will not be performed.
The personal data provided by the volunteers during the registration process will also be kept by the European Olympic Committees with its registered office at Plazzina CONI - "Villino Giulio Onesti", Via della Pallacenestro, 19, 00135 Rome - Tallinn (hereinafter referred to as the operator), for the defined purposes 2 of this contract. Data transfer is secure and guaranteed. The operator will keep the volunteer's personal data until 31 December 2022.
By signing the volunteer contract, the volunteer agrees that after the end of EYOF 2022 his personal data will be provided to the operator of the Slovak Olympic and Sports Committee, with its registered office at Kukučínova 26, 838 08 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, IČO: 30 811 082 for contacting and subsequently providing another sporting event.
In the event that the volunteer requests accommodation, he / she acknowledges that the recipient of the volunteering activity will provide his / her personal data to the necessary extent to the relevant accommodation facility for the purpose of arranging the accommodation.
As a data subject, the volunteer has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, the right to rectify, delete and transfer personal data, the right to restrict the processing of personal data and, if he or she considers that his or her rights have been violated, the right to protection of personal data at the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. By signing the Treaty he confirms that he is aware of his rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulations) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.
